Our story
From a family vision to a modern network of dental centers
The story of MistoDent began in 2009 in Kharkiv, starting as a small dental center with two treatment rooms and its own X-ray diagnostic area. The founders, Yevgen and Olga Gryzodub, wanted from the very beginning to create a place that combined professional treatment with care and an individual approach to every patient.
Over time, MistoDent has developed into an international network of dental centers, bringing together specialists from various fields of dentistry, modern digital technologies, and our own prosthetic laboratory, MistoDent InLab.
Today, MistoDent continues to grow, remaining true to the values that have guided us from the beginning: quality, responsibility, and care for our patients.

MistoDent Kraków — new location
The next stage in the development of the MistoDent network in Poland was the opening of a new dental clinic in Kraków. The facility continues the standards established by MistoDent, combining the experience of specialists from various fields with modern diagnostics and a comprehensive approach to treatment.
At our Kraków clinic, patients are seen by implantologists, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, orthodontists, endodontists, periodontists, and dentists specializing in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. The team provides care ranging from prevention and routine check-ups to more complex therapies.
Although MistoDent Kraków is one of our newest locations, it has already earned the trust of patients who appreciate the team's professional approach, treatment comfort, and the standard of care characteristic of MistoDent.

The story of MISTODENT began back in 2009 in Kharkiv
From a small medical space with two workstations and a separate X-ray area. The founders, Yevhen and Olha Hryzodub, dreamed of creating not just a clinic, but a place where everyone would feel care, professionalism and respect. From a small dental center, we gradually grew into one of the strongest networks in Ukraine, uniting narrowly-specialized professionals across various fields, digital solutions and our own dental laboratory. MistoDent is a brand that keeps growing every day thanks to our patients and a team that believes in what it does.

DIGITAL SMILE DESIGN

Hygiene and patient safety are an integral part of daily life at MistoDent. Our instrument and workstation preparation process includes sequential stages of disinfection, preparation, sterilization, and inspection.
Sorting and instrument preparation
Once a procedure is complete, used instruments are collected and prepared for the decontamination process in accordance with established protocols.
Disinfection
Instruments and surfaces undergo appropriate disinfection processes designed to minimize the risk of pathogen transmission.
Instrument cleaning
Reusable instruments are thoroughly cleaned of any biological residue before sterilization begins.
Cleanliness inspection
After the cleaning process, instruments are inspected to ensure they are properly cleaned and ready for the next stage.
Packaging
Cleaned instruments are placed in appropriate sterilization packaging.
Sterilization
Reusable instruments are sterilized according to established procedures.
Sterilization monitoring
The sterilization process is monitored in accordance with established safety protocols.
Process documentation
All sterilization processes are documented to ensure that procedures are carried out correctly.
Safe storage
After sterilization, instruments are stored in a way that maintains their sterility until they are needed.
Treatment room preparation
The workstation is thoroughly prepared and disinfected before each patient.
Pre-procedure preparation
The doctor and staff prepare the workstation, instruments, and materials according to the nature of the planned treatment.
Staff responsibility
Trained staff members, including a medical sterilization technician, are responsible for the individual stages of the process.
