Wisdom teeth removal
The patient came to the clinic with complaints of periodic pain and discomfort in the back teeth area, as well as concerns about the complexity and painfulness of the surgical procedure.
Diagnosis and treatment
X-ray examination showed:
- incorrect position of the wisdom teeth in the bone
- partial or complete impaction of the teeth in the bone tissue
- pressure on the second molars
Given the scope of the procedure and the patient's psychological state, removal of the wisdom teeth under sedation was recommended.
Restoration and result
The surgical procedure was performed under medication-induced sleep, supervised by an anesthesiologist.
During the operation:
- atraumatic removal of impacted wisdom teeth was performed;
- full pain control and absence of stress for the patient were ensured;
- modern surgical safety protocols were followed.
The procedure went comfortably and as planned, with no pain sensations.
