Treatment of baby teeth
The mother came to us because her child had a toothache.
Due to a previous negative experience, the child was very anxious, and the mother worried whether the treatment could be carried out without stress.
Diagnosis and treatment
After the clinical examination and diagnostics, it was determined that one baby tooth required endodontic treatment (root canal treatment).
Another tooth with a carious lesion requiring therapeutic intervention was also identified.
Result
- Local anesthesia was administered
- Isolation of the working field with a rubber dam
- Mechanical and medical treatment of the root canals of the baby tooth
- Tight filling of the canals
- Restoration of the anatomical shape of the teeth with composite material
